Our core strategy. We identify high-footfall urban and peri-urban locations where formal retail is scarce, build compact malls of 20 to 150 small shops, and lease them to established informal traders ready to formalise. This is the Avenues Mall model — replicated and scalable.
Because income is distributed across many small tenants rather than one anchor, the model is inherently resilient. No single vacancy can threaten the whole. This is what makes the micro-retail format so powerful in our markets.
This is not conventional residential housing. JCMasi builds micro-housing units specifically for students and workers — compact, affordable, high-occupancy accommodation positioned near universities, hospitals, industrial zones, and commercial hubs.
